Summary
IMH has been newly developed as a high cost-effective microscope unit that can be built into various kinds of equipments, by incorporating the Hisomet optical system modified to be more compact and light-weight. This unit makes it possible to measure heights,depths,etc..,by simply having two images of the target mark coincide while observing surface conditions of the object and can be widely assembled as an unit to equipments such as inspect,test and R&D equipments, as well as production equipments
